Pakistan Environmental Protection Agency (Pak-EPA) conducted an enforcement operation at Sohan, Islamabad on 11 February 2026 to implement the ban on single-use plastic bags. Approximately 55 kg of banned plastic bags were confiscated, and warning notices were issued to violators. Pak-EPA remains committed to ensuring strict compliance with environmental laws and promoting eco-friendly alternatives across ICT.
