PUBLIC HEARING ON ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT OF THE COURTYARD RESIDENCES,ISLAMABAD

Public hearing of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) of construction of 45 floors, residential services apartments, “The Courtyard Residences Apartment Complex” was held at Sector F-11/1, Islamabad.  Major environmental concerns include air quality, noise, traffic congestion, solid waste generation, and potential biodiversity impacts were discussed. Participant raised many questions especially academia showed great concern. Proponent and his team gave mitigation measures to the quires raised by the public. In the last proponent insured participant that environmental issued will be addressed according to their suggestions.
