Pak-EPA Environmental Monitoring Team (EMT) Conducts Monitoring of Different Projects Approved by Pak-EPA.
Islamabad, May 21, 2025 — Environmental Monitoring Team (EMT) of Pakistan Environmental Protection Agency (Pak-EPA) conducted site visits of five developing projects of Islamabad to ensure compliance with environmental regulations. The inspections focused on ongoing construction activities and adherence to environmental protections as specified in the Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Regulations of 2000 and 2022. The projects monitored include: 1) Naval Anchorage Housing Scheme 2) Florence Galleria, DHA Phase II 3) Armani Towers, Lohi Bher 4) Serene Residence Project, DHA Phase III 5) Multi-Storey Building, DHA Phase II These visits highlight Pak-EPA’s commitment to sustainable development by ensuring that all approved projects maintain environmental standards throughout their construction phases.
