Pakistan Environmental Protection Agency (Pak-EPA) participated in an Awareness Session organized by The Centaurus Mall, Islamabad

Islamabad, July 18, 2025 – The Pakistan Environmental Protection Agency (Pak-EPA) participated in an Awareness Session organized by The Centaurus Mall, Islamabad. The Director (Lab/NEQS) provided awareness on the Single-Use Plastic (Prohibition) Regulations, 2023, and addressed queries raised during the session.

The session was attended by vendors, shopkeepers, and food outlets owners, who were educated about the harmful impacts of single-use plastics and the importance of compliance with the regulations. Participants were also guided on the available eco-friendly alternatives currently being used in the market.
